Founded in 1962, Hunan Gaoling Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Gaoling Group) is the first private construction enterprise in Hunan Province who was awarded the National Top Grade of General Contractor for House Architectural Engineering Construction by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China in 2004.

It has been rated as one of the Top 100 Enterprises in China’s Construction Industry, the National Advanced Construction Enterprise, the National Advanced Quality Management Enterprise, the National Advanced Construction Safety Production Enterprise, the National Contract Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise, etc.

At present, Gaoling Group has 15 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 18 national regional branches, with its business scope ranging from construction, real estate development, engineering testing, investment and financing to equipment leasing, environmental protection engineering, high-tech building materials, labor management. It constructed a series of national and provincial key projects, forming a grand strategic pattern for future and diversified development.

The registered capital of the group amounts to 865 million yuan, with a gross annual output value exceeding 10 billion yuan. The group has over 4,000 professional and technical workers, including 1,358 workers with high and intermediate professional titles, over 60 doctoral and postgraduate students, and over 300 national registered constructors.

Relying on advanced management concepts and technological advantages, Gaoling Group has focused on building high-quality projects and national brands. More than 120 construction projects have won the highest honors at the national and provincial level, such as the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize, the National Quality Engineering Award, and the National Municipal Golden Cup Demonstration Project.

It has applied 4 national-level construction methods and over 40 provincial-level construction methods, and has over 60 patents. It has formulated 2 standards in national construction industry and won the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Hunan Province.

In 2019, Gaoling Group, built the first academician and expert workstation for construction enterprises in Hunan Province, playing a key role in enterprises’ technological development. In 2009, it established the first provincial technology center for private construction enterprises in Hunan Province to explore the promotion and application of BIM technology and prefabricated building and took the lead in setting up an innovative information management platform for construction enterprises, a remote video monitoring system and a video conference system for construction sites, so as to ensure the safety of construction.
